1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

PLEASE TRY ON YOUR ITEMS INDOORS AND ON A CLEAN AND SOFT SURFACE, AS ANY RETURNS WHICH SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR WILL BE REJECTED.

A REFUND OR EXCHANGE REQUESTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
– THE PRODUCT IS UNUSED AND UNALTERED, WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AFFIXED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
– THE REFUND OR EXCHANGE IS REQUESTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. ANY RETURNS NOTIFIED AFTER 7 DAYS WILL BE REFUSED.
– THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE. ANY ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNT ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

KARDA VALI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUESTS THAT FAIL TO MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA. ITEMS ASSOCIATED WITH REQUESTS THAT FAIL TO COMPLY MAY SENT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER PRODUCT INSPECTION.

KARDA VALI DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. RETURNS MAY BE SHIPPED USING YOUR CARRIER OF CHOICE. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND REQUESTING A TRACKING NUMBER AND/OR INSURANCE ON YOUR SHIPMENT TO ENSURE THAT WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE SAFELY AT OUR RETURN FACILITY, AS WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. 2. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER PRODUCT INSPECTION. THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR FUNDS TO BE AVAILABLE IN YOUR ACCOUNT MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE PAYMENT METHOD USED:
– CREDIT CARDS: 2-8 BUSINESS DAYS (DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK)
– BANK TRANSFERS: WITHIN 48 HOURS

3. WILL I BE REFUNDED THE TAXES/DUTIES?

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORIGINAL IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. WILL I BE REFUNDED THE DELIVERY FEES?

THE DELIVERY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
