2. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS, AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

KARDA VALI OFFERS 3 DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR DELIVERY; KERRY EXPRESS, THAI POST, DHL ECOMMERCE AND DHL EXPRESS. PLEASE ALLOW 1–2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO DISPATCH YOUR ORDER.

3. HOW ARE THE SHOES PACKAGED?

EVERY PAIR OF KARDA VALI SHOES IS WRAPPED IN TISSUE PAPER AND ARRIVES NESTLED IN A COTTON DUST-BAG WITHIN A SHOES BOX AND COVERED WITH A CARDBOARD BOX.

4. MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?

BEFORE SHIPPING YOUR ORDER, OUR WAREHOUSE CAREFULLY INSPECTS EACH PRODUCT TO MAKE SURE ITEMS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITIONS. IN THE CASE YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM, OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AT CUSTOMERSERVICE@KARDAVALI.COM

5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING DETAILS INCLUDING THE SHIPMENT NUMBER AND CARRIER. YOU MAY ALSO LOG INTO YOUR KARDAVALI.COM ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME TO RETRIEVE THIS INFORMATION.

6. HOW ARE TAXES AND DUTIES CALCULATED AND APPLIED?

ALL THAILAND ORDERS INCLUDE VAT AND TAXES. PLEASE NOTE THAT APPLICABLE TAXES AND DUTIES WILL BE CALCULATED BASED ON YOUR DESTINATION ADDRESS AND ADDED TO YOUR ORDER. MULTIPLE FACTORS ARE ASSESSED WHEN CALCULATING THESE CHARGES – INCLUDING COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, INPUT MATERIALS, PRODUCT CATEGORY, TRADE TREATIES BETWEEN ORIGIN AND DESTINATION, AND THE VALUE OF SHIPPED GOODS.
